Sanjana working with a child

Hi, I'm Sanjana. Let's slow down together.

As a trained art therapist, I've spent years observing how traditional therapeutic spaces can often feel overwhelming, sterile, or fundamentally misaligned with how neurodivergent minds naturally operate.

I believe that therapy shouldn't be about "fixing" behaviors. It's about creating an emotionally safe, deeply attuned environment where a child feels seen. Through art, sensory play, and gentle movement, we build a bridge to expression that doesn't rely solely on words.

Who I Support

Therapy tailored to the unique nervous system of your child. No forced compliance, just gentle connection.

High Sensitivity

Children who feel deeply, are easily overwhelmed by sensory input, and need soft, predictable environments to thrive.

ADHD & Autism

Minds that process the world uniquely. We focus on affirming their neurotype, supporting regulation, and celebrating their creative differences.

Emotional Overwhelm

For those experiencing intense anxiety, big feelings, or difficulties processing transitions and changes in routine.

Social Anxiety

Children who find traditional social expectations draining, needing a pressure-free space to interact at their own gentle pace.

The Approach

Therapy here doesn't look like sitting still in a chair. It looks like messy hands, safe movement, and following the child's natural curiosity.

Safe Spaces

To the overwhelmed parent: you don't have to carry this alone.

Navigating the world with a neurodivergent child often means constantly advocating, explaining, and adjusting. It is exhausting.

This space is for you, too. It's a place where you don't need to apologize for your child's big feelings or unique way of being. We work together not just to support your child, but to help you find breathing room and confidence in your parenting journey.

For the first time, my son doesn't fight going to therapy. He says Sanjana 'actually gets it.' I can't put into words the relief that brings.

Mother of an autistic 8-year-old

Sanjana has a rare gift for holding space. She didn't try to change how my daughter expressed herself; she joined her in it.

Parent of a highly sensitive child

Begin gently.

If you feel this might be the right space for your child, I would love to connect. We can start with a short, pressure-free conversation.
